Sadly, Paul doesn't tell us anything about Jesus's life and teachings, for whatever reason he either didn't know or didn't care, or assumed his audience already know and didn't feel like it was important enough to waste valuable space on. Paul's beliefs represent just that - only his beliefs. We know he feuded with other leaders and groups (including Peter and James, Jesus's brother), and there's no good reason to assume he spoke for all early Christians. We largely know about Paul thanks to the second century chruch leader Marcion.
